Best service ever was prompt cheap and did an amazing job would highly recommend

My real estate agent recommended JKM to do a bond clean and I couldn't be happier. The house is old, it was a bit grotty, and Jay blitzed the place! From thoroughly cleaning the oven and stove, to cleaning all cupboards, drawers, surfaces, picture rails, skirting boards, etc, then washing walls, and windows, before vacuuming and mopping all the floors - he didn't stop! Not only was Jay cheerful and friendly as he worked, he also offered to help remove furniture. When I had to take up this offer the following week, and ask for his help getting wardrobes out, Jay was there the next day. The rates are very reasonable, currently $35/hour; another local cleaning business quote me $49.50/hour! If you have a big cleaning job like this, you do need to be realistic about the time involved. Rather than getting a fixed quote beforehand, I asked Jay to take as long as he needed to properly clean the place. He was done in 6 hours, and I was more than happy to pay the total.

House was left in a putrid state after a bond clean. Kitchen and bathrooms hadnt been cleaned, cobwebs everywhere and dirt marks left on the walls. Will not use again. Avoid unless you want to throw money down the bin.

I have been employing Jay now for over 5 years and couldn't be happier. Jay is an excellent cleaner and does a fabulous job, especially with the oven and the windows which are my pet hates! He is always respectful of my allergies to chemical cleaning products and is honest, thoughtful and kind. We get Jay in to do a spring clean a few times a year to do all those jobs that don't get done weekly and it's a wonderful feeling coming home to a lovely clean home. :-)
