I regret choosing Jim's Clean for my house cleaning needs. I was quoted $350 for a 3.15-hour cleaning of a 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom home, with a focus on floors and windows. The team arrived an hour late, and the cleaning quality was extremely disappointing. The windows looked virtually untouched, as shown in the attached photos. When I expressed my concerns, I was met with rude calls and texts, including misleading claims about services not provided. This experience was not just about subpar cleaning but also about a lack of professionalism and respect for customer feedback. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for reliable and professional cleaning services.
