My regular mechanic could not service aircons, so after searching around on google I decided to go with these guys, after seeing the great reviews. The aircon service found an issue with the water pump in the car. Something I had asked my previous mechanic about on 4 separate occasions and was told not to worry. Turns out it was something to worry about! The owner Adam obviously runs a really sound business, because all of the staff a friendly! The mechanics will talk to you after the servicing and explain things fully, which is something I had not encountered with the last mechanic. When they explain things they do it in a simple way for you to understand. They are also doing more checks on the service that was previously done. Given my ute is old now, these guys are definitely where I will be bringing it from now on because for the first time in the two years I have owned it, it runs really well now. Thanks again and keep up the awesome work!

We broke down on the Hume highway on a Friday afternoon on the way to Melbourne due to me stupidly filling up with the wrong fuel. We tried several Mittagong mechanics but none could help until the following week. We had a tight deadline as had to be in Perth 6 days later. We called Jim Wall and the receptionist Christie was ever so kind and understanding. She checked with the mechanic, Adam, who suggested to get us in and he would get us back on the road. Jim Wall work a 1/2 day Saturday but Adam sacrificed his afternoon to fix our vehicle, he was kind, thorough and meticulous about sorting the issues. He had us back on the road by 4:00pm that afternoon. We can't thank Jim Wall enough and would recommend anyone to use this service as their regular car service or repairer. Amazing service

At 3.30 am Jim Wall Automotive responded to an accident immediately for my son and towed the car to a safe place. The staff at Jim Wall Automotive gave exceptional service the next day. As the car was a right off, they took the time to drive my son to a chemist, book a train service for him and provided transport to the station. Selfless care given to a vulnerable veteran in need, we are so grateful to them all, they have given a new meaning to auto care!

No complaints at all. Reasonable prices, Good solid advice re mechanics, a good degree of electricals and certainly tyres. No false info or invoice stacking - just honesty. The original Jim has retired and Adam and crew are doing stirling work.
