I'm sure Steve does a great job however it was Colin who did my windows ... so here is how my review should have read and my apologies to. I used colin at Jim's Window Cleaning Thirroul in Jan 2019 before I moved out of the house I had been living in, in Austinmer, Illawarra. Colin did a brilliantly stunning sparkly job on all the windows, glass and mirrors in my house. It was a huge job - many many windows and as the house backs directly onto the escarpment this meant dealing with flora and fauna not usually found on of the windows every suburban house. I was very stressed and unwell at the time, and not only was his work worth every cent, Steve's manner was considerate, he communicated clearly and proved trustworthy to his word. He also demonstrated a gracious willingness to do all he could to accommodate some extra last minute requests that I made upon his window cleaning skills - he was essentially kind and helpful.
