For a complete non tech head, i was thrilled to have had Tom come out and install the new TV for us. He showed up on time, no lingo and gave us a firm quote, tidied up afterwards, and answering my silly questions was never a problem. Top service Tom! No wonder you are busy. Thanks again.

Our antenna had blown over after a heap of wind we have had previously, i emailed through via Jim's website for a quote / enquiry. Chan from Jims antennas was out that same night to quote the repair and erected our new tripod type antenna the next day. They were very professional and such a pleasure to deal with. He even went out of his way to grab some spare roof tiles for us to replace the ones that had broken from the mast earlier. We have used Jim's twice now, and both times have been a great experience, prompt, professional and well priced.
