Appreciate the fact they got to us on the day we call. 2 young chaps were really nice and completed our job within an hour. Paid them cash on the spot after a call to their boss to get the cost of the job. What I don’t appreciate is after receiving the receipt the next morning by email was to find that the parts used only came to a very minimal amount and they slapped a $230 call out fee on me. A call out fee that wasn’t verbally mentioned nor was it in any written form.
