Can I use other gyms immediately after joining or is there a waiting period?
There is no waiting period, so you can use any Jetts gym immediately after joining and completing your orientation. When accessing a new Jetts gym for the first time, you will need to swipe, wait 20 seconds and swipe again for door access. Note: You only need to do this the first time you access a new gym. Each time after you will just need to swipe once.
How do I get into the gym out of staffed hours?
You can access any of our 280+ gyms, 24/7. To access a Jetts gym outside of staffed hours, simply swipe your access pass at the front door, this will unlock the door so you can enter the club. At early hours of the morning, the lights may be off if no one else is in the gym, don’t worry as soon as you swipe your access pass the lights and music will turn on.
