Thanks boys for installing my radio & speakers in my Falcon. Did a first-rate job! Very pleased with result.

Jaycar were nice although incompetent. Installed a amplifier incorrectly and had to take the product in to get them to turn the 2 front speakers instead of the back ones. They could only get 2 speaker going; not get the 8 speaker's in my system. They charged me $800 for a unit, which was meant to be a premium unit; I am told by other Autobarn stores is a terrible unit and they dont stock it as it is known for being faulty. Would not replace the unit with another brand when it is still in the warranty. Insisted that I need to send it back to the manufacturer which would take 6 weeks without a sound system in my car and they would possibly put this notoriously faulty amp in my car, if not that one another sub par amp from the same company. The Manager was super rude and unhelpful and they wouldnt reply to any of my emails to rectify the matter. Terrible experience if you have to deal with the staff that doesnt just involve handing them money. Dont shop here if you can help it!
