What a wonderful experience. I contacted Jay in regards to new flooring, he quoted quickly and was very reasonably priced. I worked with Kylie to pick out my colours in the flooring that Jay recommended and was very happy with her service. I honestly thought that it would be a long process from start to finish, but it wasn’t!!! They booked a date for the layer to come, and the most professional, fast, and nicest guy Sean, came and laid our new flooring in a very smart timeframe. Super happy with the job!! 5+ stars, definitely recommend and would certainly be a repeat customer.

We have recently purchased a new Sleep Aura Mattress with a super luxury posture top ( Bed in a Box). Along with a matching base and Bed head. We are extremely happy with our selection and price was very affordable with delivery within 2 weeks

Called on a Monday day and they were out the Tuesday to do a measure and quote. Within a week I had all new vinyl planks and carpet of my choice. Great job would highly recommend this flooring company

We love our new floors. We had nearly the whole house refloored. It was a big job, with an area that was built up, and levelling through half the house. The team worked with and around us so we could still stay in the house throughout the process. We are very happy with the vinyl planks and carpet we choose from their quality ranges . I would (an have) recommended Jay Bowen flooring.

I have recently had 3 bedrooms recarpeted by Jay Bowen Flooring and the friendly, efficient service I received from them was 1st class. Nothing was any trouble for them. The boys/men/reception etc. were fantastic. Kylie and Jay in particular went above and beyond to help on short notice. I thank them so much. I would have no hesitation as to recommending them for any flooring needed.

Yesterday and Today we had jay Bowen Flooring and team install lour new hybrid floors (Iconic Red Rock). From the first phone call to book in a measure and quote to the end of installation was 10/10. Les & Narelle Blueys Beach We had difficulty finding a vinyl flooring that suited us for our kitchen until discovering Jay Bowen Flooring and after speaking to the staff who were extremely helpful had found what we wanted and was leaving the store within 20 minutes satisfied. Within a couple of days we are now using our kitchen and are very happy with the product and the service.
