I absolutely love my new Hankook MT's. Amazing service very well priced!

Quite disappointed with the apparent communication breakdowns with regards to what I required and incidentally wasn't delivered. This is the second occasion this has happened now at the Maroochydore centre and because of this I will not be returning.

My wife and I have been bringing our cars here for years, never a problem. But we had some new tyres put on our 4wd by a young inexperienced staff member as it was extremely busy and understaffed. Nothing against young workers, we aren't born experienced and have to start somewhere. But where were the staff to guide and check to make sure his work was correct? Driving along not long after my new tyres installed and I hear this loud bang and my steering went all weird..scary! Turns out the wheel alignment was a little off and one of the weights had come loose and flicked up under the wheel arch and made a dreadful noise. Nothing serious, but got me thinking about how important it is to have your wheels installed correctly. This has never happened to us at Jax before, and we will use Jax again. Staff were great on fixing the issue and apologising. Still, could have been something much worse and felt I needed to put this out there.

I have tried just about every tyre place on the Sunshine Coast over the last 20+ years I have lived here and the best service has always been provided by Jax tyres. They have a no stress service where they actually stick to your appointment and don't make you wait for hours on end. Great range of tyres and one of the best wheel balances you can get. I also take advantage of the interest free payments they have available, making our life easier.

Some call me crazy but yep work in the city BRISBANE and travel back and forward lots of K's close on 220 a day, and i have to have reliable tyres these guys here look after all my tyres and balance great price and very reliable thanks
