All my TV channels work great except the WIN TV channels that will not work properly. it says no picture or the picture breaks up like a jigsaw puzzle. why?
You more than likely have an issue with your TV reception and the WIN network is a different signal than the other channels in the GV area and currently its signal is not high enough for your TV to display it correctly.
