James has been servicing/fixing and purchasing machines for me for a couple of years now and is always prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, well priced and provides a terrific pick up and drop off service. I highly recommend James and his services.

I cannot recommend this man. He took my Husqvarna sewing machine in a July and agreed to service it. In November, after a few phone calls from me, he said it needed to be sent to Sydney to check that a part fitted properly, at a cost of about $150. At that point I asked him to get the part from Sydney and I would pick the machine and the part up and pay him for his time and effort. For the next six months I kept calling and asking if I could pick up the machine, but there were always excuses. I finally asked him if he actually had my machine anymore. He told me "Well, it wasn't worth anything, it didn't work, so I probably just dumped it." I lodged a case with the Queensland Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) and explained the situation. They told him that the machine was not his to throw away, that he needed better systems in place and to pay me to purchase another machine, which he did on the day.

I hadn't used my overlocker for 10 years and it was totally seized. James fixed it for a very reasonable price and it is actually sewing better than it has ever been. Love the pick-up and drop-off service particularly with the Coronavirus isolation.

James has serviced/repaired my machines on a number of occasions he is always prompt to answer any inquiries and does a great job the best thing is that he comes to my house so I do not have to pack up my heavy machine and lug it around I would certainly recommend him highly

Thank you James for your honesty in recommending I look for a new Janome MW3018LE to replace my busted up QC that needed a new (expensive!) motor. I found a new machine, around the price you recommended, and I am very grateful. Turned out to be a cheaper alternative, a great machine, and a warranty. Couldn't be happier.

James recently serviced my 1978 new home janome sewing machine, after I despaired of anyone being able to fix it, and ready to buy a new one.... till now! James responded quickly to my initial enquiry with a quote and offered a free pickup and drop off service which was great! A week later and the machine was repaired, he took time over phone to explain what was wrong with it and what he had done, and dropped it off next day, again taking time to go through his work and explain even tips on using my old faithful machine! Absolutely delighted with James professional service and most of all his courteous and prompt attitude. Youre a credit to your company and I can tell your wealth of knowledge in the sewing and machine industry shines through! Thanks so much. James is a great technician delivering efficient and knowledgeable service at very reasonable prices. He did a fabulous job unjamming my overlocker (which Id made quite a mess of!). He arrived at my home as arranged and took the time necessary to fix the problem on the spot, leaving the machine running even better than new. For convenience, experience, prompt service and great prices, Id recommend James without a doubt.
