J K Cooper Tree Services

I left a message on J K Coopers answering service to please call me back for a quote to remove a tree. I heard absolutely nothing back for over a week when I received a call from a guy called Tim. He apologised for not getting back to me sooner and made an appointment to meet me on site on Friday 31st October at 4.30 pm. At 5.00 pm and still no show I rang JK Cooper Tree Services where the lady owner answered. I told her about my appointment and her initial reply was that no Tim worked for them. Then she backtracked and said she knew who I meant! She said she would get hold of him and get back to me. I said will you ring me back today which she said she would. It's now Monday late afternoon and of curse I have heard nothing back. I think this company should rename themselves to Mickey Mouse Tree Services ! Most unprofessional.
