Prepare appeals to the Planning and Environment Court as an expert witness, or submissions to represent at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Provide essential town planning advice including determining whether a permit is required for a land use and/or development under the relevant local government planning scheme, and determining the development potential of your land.
