Most driver’s are very lovely & friendly. But in the past year the wait time’s for taxi’s have become ridiculous I have two baby’s under 3 lately we’ve been waiting upto an hour maybe even two for a taxi with my children and my shopping. It’s also not only me it’s elderly people every time as well. Don’t always get sent dispatch messages only that it “ could not find the passenger & to please rebook if required “. Sometimes I think a lot to do with it , is some jobs aren’t worth the money so they do others first & that becomes frustrating when you have 2 kids and a trolley full of shopping with meat and milk waiting to get home.

More than once I've had to tell the taxi driver to wait until 6 year old grandson as well as myself had his seatbelt on before they take off. He was also speeding, 5kms over speed limit. I had just got into taxi when he started to take off. As a result we won't be taking any of your taxis in this town ever again. I just can't risk my grandson's life due to someone else's ignorance. You might think that's extreme but I believe one of the taxis had already been in accident not long ago.

Wonderful service and very much appreciated, i had left behind some important paper work and the driver returned to me to give them back. So happy it was here and not home, great service thank you.
