Always recommend this pet shop Jenny and Carolyn are always very helpful, if they don’t have what you are after they go above and beyond to assist you, their prices are unbeatable too. Highly recommend !

Terrible customer service and downright rude for no reason. The lady that washes dogs had the worse attitude when she asked my husband if we were bringing in our dog for a wash and cut. She spoke to my husband with utter rudeness and unwelcoming tone. Made us cancel the booking because of this. Do not recommend.

Gave us two animals out of three of the wrong gender, ended up at the vets treating mites a week and a half later. In hindsight makes listening to them unprofessionally run down other pet shop in the town laughable. Avoid.
