We'd been picked up by Keiran from outside Glen Innes with two destroyed tyres and rims and our insurance companies preferred repairer was in Inverell so Keiran took us there. While waiting in Glen Innes he made sure my wife had water and I had coffee. He helped us so much. As we approached Inverell he kindly dropped my wife off at a motel and retrieved our luggage and anything else we needed out of the car while I did the formalities with the motel check-in. After being stranded on the side of the road with two small boys, Stu was more than happy to lend a loaner car for us to return to town in. Stu then pointed us in right direction for accommodation and areas of interest to keep children entertained whilst car was being fixed.
