I bought a product for $200 which was not worth the money and when I requested a partial / full refund or store credit they declined in regards to their policy for hygiene rules. (which I understand still not good enough to not receive any reasonable compensation for this massive out of pocket expense) I emailed the store twice and had to phone them 2 times to follow up on my request not once did I have the owner, manager or store person reach out to discuss further. I had to go into the store to be greeted by a worker that whinged about receiving my complaint. She spoke over me and raised her voice to then tell me to not come back to the store. I do advise on training your staff appropriately, specifically that worker.

Very Friendly staff made me feel comfortable shopping in store. The lady was so helpful and had lots of knowledge on different things to help me decide what i wanted from their many options.
