IVS conducts residential, commercial, industrial and pastoral valuations for most national and many local financial institutions. Our company has conducted valuation services throughout the Northern Territory and into Western Australia, Western Queensland and South Australia, IVS has in-depth market knowledge of all regional and remote areas. Our Cairns office opened in 2013 in response to an increase in demand for our services in Northern Queensland. Our Cairns office provides residential, commercial and industrial property valuations throughout far north Queensland, and can provide valuations of pastoral and specialized properties to all remote areas within the state.

Our company prides itself on providing a high standard of report writing with accurate assessments and quick and efficient turnaround times for reports. We ensure that we maintain constant communication with an instructing party from time of request to delivery of reports, and we also provide follow up consultation post completion of reports where required.

IVS valuers have applicable registration / licensing for the States of Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia, (no registration / licensing is applicable in the remaining states and Territories).
