Innovated Wellness (Formerly Cathie Barnes Restore, Relieve, Renew) is a local business with a passion for assisting others to find comfort in their health and wellbeing. I specialise in advanced Bowen Therapy, Kinesiology, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Musculoskeletal Alignment massage and am currently studying in my final year in Medical science specialist in clinical nutrition. My aim in people who visit me is to - offer integrative therapies that promote health through physical connection of manual therapies and nutritional guidance. The goal is to bring in metabolic health and wellness to patients who are experiencing both physical, emotional and mental health challenges. All of the manual therapies I offer are part of the complementary treatments in biomechanics and metabolic interrogations . As the sole practitioner providing remedial treatments since 2005, I offer unique remedial treatments involving body discomfort, rehabilitation for injuries, acute and chronic illness management, mental health care including anxiety, depression, OCD & ADHD for stress management. Nutrition support & education, supporting individuals on the road to health and well-being incorporating a holistic approach of adjusting food groups and using remedial therapy as a strategy to reduce stress levels and hormone sensitivity that kinesiology supports all areas of wellbeing including environmental or physiological health care. Kinesiology offers to assists in both physical and biochemical physiological processes in your body. I like to work with nutritional support, allergies, hormones, GUT health, Immune Health, Pyrrole and Methylation symptoms, Insomnia,Inflammatory pathways, Primitive reflexes and chronic fatigue from illness. Craniosacral therapy is a light touch and affects the pressure and circulation of cerebrospinal fluid, which is the fluid around the brain and spinal cord. Bowen therapy & CST have been used to treat a variety of conditions, both physical and psychological.
