Inner Light Tea Rooms

You can be seated either inside or out. The place looks over the Yaccaba Head, Cabbage Tree Island (only nesting site in the world for Gould's Petrel), Tomaree Head and more. Lovely coffee and light meals to be had. Take a wonder in the Heritage Museum and small gift shop. Definitely worth a visit.

Good walk up the hill to the light house/tea rooms with a pram, lol. Awesome views and had the open beef burger with tomato sauce. The patty was so thick and juicy, it would have to be the best burger I'd tasted EVER, has mixed herbs in it. Kieandra

Epic breakfast here at Inner Light Tea Rooms! Was a little bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for! And the view from here is totally magnificent!! Five stars! Amanda

After looking at the Nelson Head Lighthouse and Marine Rescue Centre this was a great place to stop for lunch. Staff were very welcoming of our dog and we had a nice chat with a local couple about seeing the sites. Good food, reasonable prices plus a great view! Coleman

Stopped for a morning tea, what a great choice. Enjoyed a milkshake and scones, the food was great and the view even better. Others were having poached eggs, what seemed a huge brekky. Get there early or make a reservation for prime times, this place is busy. Would love to return for full meal. Brian

This place has a view to die for, tasty food, healthy and clean. Enjoyed a divine lunch, simple but truly was spectacular. Prices are reasonable, my husband had an open burger and I had the smashed avocado.

They have done these tea rooms up since I was last there and it is much better. The views are incredible, the food is good, there is a nice gift shop and some history and info to read on the way into cafe. This place is a winner every time.

Wonderful way to spend a winter afternoon, soup, salmon patties and sweet chilli cream and salad no room for desert spectacular views all on a winters day. Very busy so the food must be good right, well done guys love it great place to visit.

One of the best spots on the coast, views as far as the eye will travel, and not to mention the great coffee and cake best home made around, lunch time i will indulge in the mouth watering melts great spot and staff thanks.
