She began her studies in naturopathy and discovered the amazing health benefits of massage in the areas of pain, injury, tension and restricted range of motion. She then continued her studies in Remedial massage. Cathy works closely with people living with and surviving cancer offering massage as a great treatment and support for the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation. Determined to offer the best possible state-of-the-art treatment and care she undertook several Lymphoedema and decongestive therapy courses to become a Lymphoedema Therapist.
