Tried calling three times on Friday morning & the phone rang off the hook. On the fourth attempt the phone was picked up & then hung up. Finally on the fifth attempt my call was answered & I asked if I could make an appointment for the following Saturday. The girl quickly responded Nah were pretty busy. It was impossible for her to have even checked the schedule & frankly, to be so familiar with your appointments nine days ahead is not very believable. I was dumbfounded how quickly I was brushed off & hung up on, Through my experience, the receptionist is the voice of the company & Im surprised they have any customers at all with such rude phone manners. Wont try again thats for sure!

Finally decided to try a new hair salon and so happy that I did as Alyson and the girls at In-Cogneato know exactly how to look after their clients. Both Jen and myself were pampered and had a really enjoyable evening, we will certainly be back. Thanks ladies!

Katelyn coloured and styled my hair. I didn't know what I wanted but after Katelyn gave awesome ideas and the end result was amazing, I love love love my hair and feel so much, a spring in my step.

Walked in off the street and got a chair almost immediately. Showed the stylist a photo and she nailed it! It was a little more pricey than I expected, but was happy to pay as my hair hasn't looked so great in years. I got just what I wanted, healthy luscious vibrant hair. Would def recommend.
