If I could leave 6 stars I would. Ice ice Baby went above and beyond after the air conditioning broke in our Airbnb rental. With out them and their efficient efforts our guests would not have enjoyed their trip to Cairns.

Got my aircons cleaned today Wonderful company and great to deal with Will recommend to everyone

This company has ripped me off and then said that I'd be put on the naughty list I rang and requested that my split system airconditioner be cleaned. The outdoor unit was not touched. When I rang the office the girl said that they only check to see if the outdoor unit was blocked. They said that to clean the outdoor unit clean was part of the original quote. I wanted them to clean the outdoor like the inside as neither had been done before. They should have specified that but they didn't and then fobbed me off. Now I have to get someone else to do it. This is bad customer service and they do a lousy job. DON'T USE THEM or you will get RIPPED too. And to top it off they didn't give me a receipt when requested.

The service on the day they replaced my air conditioners was good. But 1 of the aircon is have no controller, my dad called to check if they was forget to leave it back. The answer is “Why do you need the remote?”, and they don’t do the little aircon with remote anymore. The contract as “change over”, but they changed the one with controller to the one with no controller. Isn’t it backwards? Don’t reply recommend, because my mum can not reach the buttons and it can not stop in the time you want. Will have to stand like the photo at 4am if she wants to turn it off.
