I went to see Colin suffering from severe anxiety and panic attacks. It was affecting my ability to function on a daily basis. He taught me an amazing technique in my first session and I was able to manage my anxiety and stop my panic attacks. I'm forever grateful. Highly recommend these guys.

When I first went to visit these guys to see how they could help me with my excess weight I was incredibly skeptical as to what hypnosis might have to offer however now that I have lost nearly 15kg and appear to stable I'd highly recommend Colin and Wendy's services to anyone looking to help improve their life. I’ve seen hypnotised people act silly on stage. Will I do things I don’t want to do? Can my mind be controlled?

You won’t do or think anything under hypnosis that you wouldn’t normally do or think. You can’t be controlled. If people in a stage show act silly it’s because they want to.

Can anyone / everyone be hypnotised?

As a general rule, yes – anyone with at least average intelligence and the ability to follow instructions AND wants to enter hypnosis, can be hypnotised. With that being said, there are certain conditions where hypnosis is not recommended, ie: major clinical depression, suicidal ideations, and psychotic disorders.
