How do you normally charge for your service?

Dependent on location, we normally do not charge a call-out fee, only for the time spent on the job. We charge an hourly rate in 15 minute increments, with a 1 hour minimum charge, so you only pay for the time spent on the job.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We are a local family run company. We strive to provide the most efficient services by using only the latest quality guaranteed parts, tools and equipment. We use a locally built job management package which enables us to plan and organise jobs in the most efficient, cost effective way possible.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes. Our business is fully insured and meets all of the required government legislation and requirements. All work is guaranteed and covered by my standard warranty.

Call us and we can book you in. One of our friendly Electricians will come and inspect and diagnose the problem for you

I have old cabling in my home. Does it need to be replaced?

The only way to know if your old cabling needs to be replaced is for it to be inspected by a fully qualified and licenced electrician. If you are worried about your electrical wiring have it checked as soon as possible.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes. We accept both Visa and MasterCard. We also accept EFT.

Made a desperate call to Amy of Huzgroup Electrical and she did an amazing job of getting the tradies to install a new air con unit that very day. They went above and beyond. We received a lovely email from Amy at Huzgroup Electrical, after lodging a warranty claim with a supplier for a fan that was making 'knocking' noises. Aiden attended within two weeks, after waiting for the replacement fan to arrive, completed the installation and took the old fan away. Prompt acknowledgement of my enquiry, friendly & polite staff, everything replaced in a timely manner and Aiden cleaned his workspace perfectly. Would totally recommend Huzgroup Electrical. 5 star 🌟

These guys were engaged for some warranty work, to be completed in our home. They were flexible, reliable and tidy. They even managed to complete a couple of odd jobs we requested while they were on site (even tidying up some sketchy work from another sparky). Great company to work with. Had lots of different things done. New fans ,extra fans,lights, smoke alarms,and an airconditioner. Nothing a problem,good advice on modern fittings etc. Good rates,quality work, turns up on time and cleans up too. Overall very impressed with the service. Would highly recommend them.
