Friendly, same day service and heaps cheaper than I was expecting to get my fridge fixed. Definitely recommend these guys 🙂

Contacted to repair our Samsung fridge, was told it would take 2 weeks for part. 6 weeks later I was still chasing as had no contact from them. Finally they installed part and 2 weeks later same issue returned. Repair guy said he didn't know how to fix it and had to research it. I instead contacted a Samsung approved repairer who said they hadn't installed the right part!! Would NOT recommend this company.

Ripped off an old lady, we called them out to fix a cooktop they told us the pans were at fault. (They we’re fine) charged her $120 and left (they were only here for 5 min and didn’t even look at the stove). We then called another electrician and who came out opend the oven up and changed the element and didn’t charge us as he felt sorry for us from being ripped off from Hunter Vally white goods.

Prompt service. Gave them the model # of washing machine & described the issue when I contacted them. Arrived same day with a new control module & it was back to new 15 later. Too easy!

They sold me the wrong part and refused to give me a refund, now I’m stuck with a part that doesn’t work and out of pocket. Would NOT recommend this company they any nice when you first make contact but they can get quit nasty. This happend at the start of the year, I am only writing the Revew not as I felt quite threatened then.

Firstly, surprised there were opened on a Sunday. Gave them a buzz and spoke with Peter, explained the issue of my Beko dryer, Peter said to bring it in today and they will see what the can do. On arrival, took a bit of time for someone to attend to me, but Jim saw me and helped wheel the dryer in the shop. An exchange of name and number, no deposit required and no date on when it will be done. Thought nothing of it and when home. Got a call back in less then 3 hours, told it was fixed and ready for picked up. That was the second surprise as I was not in a hurry to get it fixed, third surprise was the cost of the fix, it was more than fair to be honest, a lot lower than one expected. Got there and paid, had a chat to Jim and left happy. Overall a very satisfied customer. Thanks Jim and team!!!

I Sunday morning our Westinghouse dryer broke a belt. So l look Up Local Search on finding Hunter Valley Whitegoods at 10..00am l rang number and said they could come today by 1.30pm jimmy came to the door. By 2.15pm the dryer was fixed and to come on a Sunday.The service was excellent and recommend them anyone.the thank you Jimmy.

Absolutely outstanding service! Called at 9:30am and was told that they would be out sometime tomorrow, which was great but then ten minutes later received a call from Jimmy, the owner who said he was on his way. I had my dryer working again by 10:30am! Fixed within an hour?! That's unheard of! Jimmy and his team are without a doubt some of the finest people in his business. Was a pleasure to have him out to help me out and have a chat afterwards! You don't get service like that anymore! The bill was absolutely reasonable as well! I know who I'll be calling for my white goods in the future!

I had such a terrible attitude from one the ladies at the counter who asked me to leave the shop because I asked for some courtesy as a customer. I don't see myself ever going back to that shop.
