My experience. Monday 15th January 2024. Owner was filling the drink fridge then served 1 customer in front of me handling money, then took my order & grabbed the kebab bread with his hand to put it on the hotplate. I apologised as I am hygiene aware or am I confused as he'd let me touch his food also. Owner then passed the order onto his employee who decided (I'll fix him) & decided she'd cut my kebab bread down the middle whilst it was on the hotplate. I didn't say anything until I came back after my kebab fell apart onto the shopping centre floor & asked her does she normally cut the bread down the middle or did she just do that because I said something to her boss. She pretended to not know what I was talking about but eventually admitted to it as I saw her do it. She then apologised. She offered me another one. No thanks That was my 2nd attempt & I walked away also having to apologise to the cleaner on my way out

Best kebab in Maitland and the chips are so crunchy..yum 😋
