Counselling Services

  • Do I need a referral?

    No, our Psychologist can see you without a referral

  • How do I book?

    You can call us 4940 0730 or book online

  • How do I pay?

    We have full EFTPOS facilities including HICAPS. We accept, Visa, MasterCard and American Express and ZipMoney. We also treat CTP, Health Care Plans, WorkCover and DVA clients.

  • Is my appointment confidential?

    We understand confidentiality and privacy can be a concern. Any information disclosed to us is treated confidentially (including case notes, records, and psychological test results) and stored accordingly. No information will be disclosed without the client’s consent.

Dietitians

  • Do I need to bring anything?

    Please bring any blood test results when seeing the dietitian.

  • Can I bring a friend or relative?

    We welcome relatives and friends as they play a very important role in the rehabilitation of their loved ones.

  • What rebates will I receive?

    If you have a GP referral, (Health Care Plan, or Mental Health Care Plan) you are eligible for rebates.

  • Do you offer home visits?

    Yes, our Dietitian is happy to arrange a home visit for those who cannot travel.

Massage Therapists

  • What kind of massage therapy do you offer?

    Our speciality lies in the remedial field. This means we offer remedial massage sports Massage, deep tissue and relaxation massage.

  • What do I wear?

    Depending on the primary technique your therapist uses, you may or may not need to undress. For a full body massage you will undress to your underwear. Your massage therapist will give you privacy to undress to your underwear, and you will be covered with a towel at all times except the area being worked on.

  • Can I claim on my healthfund?

    Yes! All our therapists are registered with most private Health Funds, HICAPS is available for your convenience.

  • How often should I have a massage?

    Some people believe in having one fortnightly or once monthly massages. Others attend when they have a flare up. It depends on your lifestyle and approach to injury and health.

Physiotherapists

  • What payment facilities do you have?

  • Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

    Please bring any relevant scans or x-rays and wear comfortable loose clothing.

  • How may appointments will I need?

    Following your initial assessment the therapist will be able to tailor a program specifically for you and can then give you an idea of the number of treatment sessions you require.

  • What facilities fo you have onsite?

    We have a gym onsite and if you are striving to achieve optimum rehabilitation, we suggest you bring your trainers.

Reflexologists

  • What can reflexology help with?

    Reflexology is particularly beneficial for the relief of stress, tension and anxiety. It also rebalances hormones, boosts your immune system, improves your sleep, flushes the body of toxins, and generally boosts energy levels.

  • How often should I have reflexology?

    The number of treatments you will depend on your ailment or condition. If you are focused on a specific health issue, we recommend two sessions one or two weeks apart, then monthly as a maintenance program.

  • Is it a foot massage?

    A unique thumb or finger walking micromovement technique is used all over the foot. It is a precise and firm movement that does not hurt or tickle. Pressure can be increased or decreased according to your needs.

  • How long dis the appointment?

    A standard reflexology treatment lasts 60 to 70 mins.
