Brett was up-front, got the right details, knew what he was doing, showed up on time (actually a few minutes early) and got the job done. Even though he was working in cramped conditions (small flat) he was professional and courteous throughout. He got the old a/c out and took it away with him, installed the new one, and was done in less than two hours. I totally recommend him for any handyman job you need doing.
