They have plenty of equipment for a variety of training. The facilities are up to date and clean. I had a 2-week holiday membership, and they have the most reasonable prices in town.

There is a huge room for squats and deadlifts with many squat racks. There are also plenty of machines, free weights and some Technogym power lines. This is one of the few gyms where most people rack their weights! The changing rooms are spotlessly clean, and above average. Overall, this is a great gym.

My partner and I have been going here for two months, and we love it! The members here are amazing, as well as the helpful staff. They are willing to show you how to do the workout or answer questions. We have enjoyed every day we went here and all the classes we tried. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

The facility is so versatile! From the functional training space to the free weights section, and even the quiet, stretching, and core area. This is the best club in CQ. The girls behind the front desk are always there to give you a wave! They are so welcoming and friendly.

The gym and classes at Hub Total Fitness are impressive. I highly recommend it here since this is the go-to here in Gladstone. The awesome staff give the place a positive vibe.

They have the best atmosphere in the best gym in Gladstone. I wish I could take the gym with me when I moved towns!

I highly recommend the best gym in town! They have a variety of equipment and an awesome range of classes. I never had to wait for the showers and toilets since there are so many, and always pristine. My kids love going to their happy crèche. Also, the staff here are approachable and friendly.
