Walked in off the street and was greeted and made completely comfortable and welcome immediately. Gave the delightful lady my budget and said I would pick the flowers up tomorrow. Absolutely disgusted with the service. Didn’t get what I asked for and to boot the florist was extremely rude. The point of going through a florist is too get specific arrangements and quality. Extremely disappointed and will not be going back. I have gotten quite a few arrangements through them and have even recommended them but now I’ll be doing the opposite. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Would not recommend them.

Recently, I was lucky enough to receive a gift of flowers from family in another state. I have never used House of Flowers myself, but they will be my 'go to' in the future. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and lasted well over ten days, even through the heat. Very impressed. Thank you House of Flowers!
