I had a fault of condenser overrun so I called HWM and booked a service for my 12 yrs old Zip Hydrotap unit. Matthew the service tech arrived and said the hose had a slight kink in the line and he fixed that issue. Matthew also said it could be the condenser unit on its way out, I paid him and then Matthew left my residence. I then called Matthew 15 min later and told him it still isn't working and the cold water isn't coming out of the tap, Matthew said to call the office and make another appointment to come back and fix the problem. I then called Tony the owner the next day, the owner of HWM at west gosford told me that his tech Matthew doesn't want to work on this old unit so I would have to find someone else to do the job. I have been using HWM for the last 10 yrs for services and filter replacement for my Zip Hydro system. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE HWM WEST GOSFORD Tony was very rude and couldn't care less about his long term customers so beware I would never use his company again.

They were on time as promised, diagnosed the problem promptly and proceeded to complete the repair.
