Hot Water Maintenance Taree

Today our hot system decided to die on us . Being Sunday I didn’t think that I could get anyone to come out to us .so I decided to look up on the internet so I could ring them tomorrow.found these guys and they open 7 days a week so I thought maybe I could line them up for a replacement this week. This guy said he could be here today and fit a new system. Within an hour he was driving up our driveway. Two hours later we had a new system in and running. I have nothing but praise for this company and the polite guy that came out . Thank you so much 😊

I have used Hot Water Maintenance Taree twice in recent years. On both occasions, staff quickly attended to the problem and were pleasant, courteous and helpful. Today, Jeremy, assisted by Karen, cooperated to achieve the outcome that I wanted. I would recommend HWM in the Taree area.

The person who answered the phone was very rude on both occasions that I spoke to him and even hung up on me when I enquired if someone was still going to turn up to the job. There is no place for that sort of behaviour in the workplace! Good luck to the business i say if his phone manners does not improve!!!

I contacted HWM, Taree by phone to manager, Linda at 8am Monday morning. My hot water service in Forster had stopped heating water. By 10.30am the job was finished and for a very reasonable rate. That number goes straight into my good tradie list.

Hot Water Maintenance have been looking after our hot water system as well as our two rental properties for years. We called them this morning after our solar system froze in the frost this morning. Luke sorted us out just after lunch which was great but we were disappointed to hear that they want an on the spot payment due to many people not paying. Come on Mid North Coast people—pay your bills. Help small business stay afloat!!!!!
