About Hopeful Counselling
We are passionate about couples therapy. We offer the gold standard of evidence-based couples therapy methods including The Gottman Method and Emotionally Focussed Couples Therapy. We believe that quality couples therapy should be easily accessible and affordable to everyone. The competitive rate for couples therapy is over $200 per hour, but we believe this is too expensive for the average couple. So, we’ve created a business model where we are able to offer the highest quality couples therapy at a much more affordable rate.

Can I use my Medicare Mental Health Care Plan?
Unfortunately, the Medicare scheme is only for psychologists and clinical social workers. Many people are forgoing these plans and booking with registered counsellors because the wait times are just too long.
Do I need a referral?
A referral isn’t required. You can book in to see one of our counsellors anytime.
