Established in 2013 as Hit ‘n’ Fit, after a successful 10 years in business, we decided it was time for a rebrand to represent our members and our services a little better and so we became Fight Factory + Fitness. We are far more than a fight gym, we’re a one stop shop for a complete body health and wellness. Our team work hard to continuously provide the right services for our members and athlete fighters. Our team comprises of the best in the business trainers and athletes themselves which makes them the perfect mentors and guides for our members both young and old. Our gym welcomes everyone to train with us, no matter what your fitness journey, reason or level, we’ve got classes that will suit you and you’ll have a whole heap of fun doing it!
