His Hands Therapy is a business born out of a desire to simply help people at a very affordable price. The aim of the business is to serve others by enhancing their physical, mental & emotional well-being and helping them through life by whatever means available - this is possible through empathising with people, listening and recognising that everyone has a story to tell and wants to be heard. No one is better than anybody else and we can all help and learn from each other. Craig is a qualified Swedish Massage Therapist and Exercise Physiologist with 10 years experience in the corporate and commercial fitness sectors and 12 years in occupational rehabilitation, and draws on this and other life experiences to help people.
