Very prompt service when we had an issue with our solar hot water system. Not only were they able to come out quickly to inspect and switch off the area where we were having a leak, but after diagnosing the issue, Simon was able to source high quality secondhand panels to affordably replace our old broken ones and come back to install them. All this with 5 days of us first identifying a problem and getting in touch. Very pleased with the professionalism, efficiency and great customer service.

Jai came and inspected a drainage issue with a house we were intending to buy, and offered straight forward advice on dealing with what is quite a minor issue. Very satisfied.

Simon and Jai have always given me great service this year and for many times over the years. This year they cleared the house drains to the septic with an eel, last year fitted a new hot water very quickly when the old one burst. We’ve used H2O for years. Always prompt service (even tho we’re a bit remote). From small jobs (fixing leaks) to big (removing a timber stand and concreting a base for a water tank, while ensuring water access to the house) - always happy with the results.

Sent an email regarding water pressure and issues with the hot water. Within hours, Tina phoned and an hour later Jai was here fixing it. Shower is working perfectly 45mins later. Both Tina and Jai were absolutely lovely- professional, efficient. I have phoned 3 other plumbers in the area this week to no answer. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.
