Prompt response and call out. However they dud not clean the whole area of the area needing attention. The guy who came out was unnervingly agitated and reacted very oddly to my questions. He took question the wrong way. Arms flaring and I found it really quite odd .. no I will not be calling them out again.

Extremely poor communication and follow up. Attempted to provide very diplomatic feedback regarding the service I received, was spoken over multiple times and completely dismissed. The person I spoke to then hung up on me without listening to any of my feedback or requests to stop speaking over the top of me. I will not be dealing with this business again.

Very upsetting encounter with Office Staff when approached about a second issue with my Electrolux oven. “So called “customer service was dismissive of my input to begin with . I had spent over an hour preparing photos of my oven problem to assist them. Then rudely questioned about the model my oven whilst receptionist was looking at her computer with details of my oven from a previous repair job. Initial approach to to me regarding appliance needing attention was very brief with no attempt to look at/talk about the information that I had to offer. Overall responses were rude and aggressive. Been in Bowral over six years and never experienced type of behaviour before. Have a physical disability and have found 99.9% of people extra kind and helpful. Cancelled a future booking and will definitely be trying a different company. Also, have never had to do a review like this before. Any high ratings must be due to the technicians whom I found quite pleasant. 30/05/2022

Went here to have trim on microwave re paired. Only needed clean old tape off and new applied. Wanted $30 to start - not an issue. Was told they would need to order parts. Told them it did not need parts. Sent "tech" out to car to see job. He had aggressive attitude, said it would be at least $60 - OK. And then said it could be more and if I did not like it, to take it to the tip. Bad attitude!
