Is this the poorest customer service in Canberra? after ordering some bathroom items they delivered the wrong product, luckily I noticed when they arrived and the driver took it back saying they would deliver the next day and fix the problem. I call the customer service and they told me the following week on wed. The following week nothing, I ring them on thurs and they said we have no details. They said monday. monday comes and they didnt turn up again. So I ring them a third time and they say Following wed. Wed arrives and they did not turn up
