What a friendly & experienced company. The 2 men were efficient & packed my goods carefully before taking them to the required destination. They too were very friendly & quick to move my furniture which was arranged promptly. They called me to advise & confirm their arrival & completed the job effortlessly. Definitely recommend .

Value for money and quality service, prompt response, on time arrival and removal of furniture with care. I moved from Hervey Bay to Caloundra and cannot ask for better service! The owner and staff are great guys to deal with. I highly recommend them!

Was extremely impressed with theses guys, Jack and Simon, particularly Simon who when packing, approached me with $60, saying he found it hidden on the side of fridge under a magnet! Simon could of pocketed it and I wouldn’t of known, because it was there so long I forgot about it, so 10 out of 10 for honesty. 👍🏻 When unpacking, Jack & Simon were happy to let me help where I could to save time (& $) while they dealt with the heavy items. During this time, I twice saw Simon on the floor levelling my fridge and washing machine, which I was surprised about. When I went to turn on the fridge, Simon said he wanted it to settle for half an hour before he turned it on. I was again surprised by the extra attention given by your company. 😁 (But please tell him I’m extremely disappointed he forgot to turn my fridge on before they left. 😂👋🤪 *Payback to him for joking to me that they couldn’t pick up all my pot plants! 😯 It was great he could tease me a few times, and we’d all have a quick lau

It's a rare business that successfully combines courteous, professional service with helpful, friendly attitudes but Hervey Bay Door 2 Door does thatâ€”in spades! A big THANK YOU for all your help on my moving day! The guys were totally competent and professional but also friendly, staying cheerful and polite through unforeseen "glitches". It was their understanding, supportive attitude that kept me sane through the day and Suse is an absolute treasure, the perfect pilot at the helm! I can't imagine using any other removalist ever again after following up on a friends recommendation of Hervey Bay Door 2 Door and will definitely be recommending them too.

Way to rough, scratched our wall unit, also scratched & took paint off our almost new washing machine, truck was no where near big enough for a normal 4 bedroom house & they didn't even have many boxes we had them already on a double axle trailer, still couldn't fit it on so had to get a friends trailer to put the rest on. Showed them the scratches on the washing machine, they suggested I use some white out to cover them. Still charged full price for wrecking my stuff.

Hello Ann, I am disappointed to read your review and that you did not contact us on the day to complain to us personally to the business owners. As a repeat customer you knew the size of our truck and said that it was only one load and that you would be using a trailer to move the rest of your items. In regards to scratches on a few items I find that hard to believe as items mentioned are wrapped with blankets & ties specifically for this reason. In regards to charging full price if contact was made to us before paying it would be been rectified (if that was the case). Your removalists on the day did say you were happy with the move as we always ask them on their return.

I wanted to express my happiness for the fantastic professional and efficient job Hervey Bay Door to Door guys did yesterday with a two unit move to a one unit. They handled the job efficiently and professionally, were very helpful, polite, and looked after my son and I with kit gloves. As I'm in a wheelchair they made sure everything was placed how I wanted it and made sure there was plenty of room for me to move around in the wheelchair. Both my son and I would recommend them for any move as they are the best removalist I have encountered in the many years. I have moved house in Brisbane and Hervey Bay. Thank you guys for a brilliant, professional, efficient and quality job. You guys are the best.

I think Hervey Bay door 2 door does a great job. The bloke moved a huge fridge with no worries. Very obliging and fair price.

My family have used Hervey Bay Door 2 Door several times the last 2 years. Their prices are great. The staff are extra friendly, down to earth. They actually give a hoot about your belongings. They don't muck around or stall for time like some I have used. I wouldn't use anyone else since meeting these guys. Seriously, best ever. Give them a go, house removals or just picking up my new fridge, these guys are great.

I used Hervey Bay Door to Door and had an amazing experience. From the moment I called I was given professional service and nothing was a hassle. The crew that moved us were wonderful, very quick and hard working, took pride in what they did and made our moving experience a great one.
