Hervey Bay Caravans

Took delivery of our caravan a couple of days ago, we purchased a second hand van sight unseen and had it transported to Adelaide from Hervey Bay, of course we had it independently inspected before purchase but based our inspection on the description given by the salesman, i found that his description was extremely accurate if anything over stated. the van presented and exceeded our expectation and my hat goes off to Darren for his honesty the ease with witch the whole process was handled, we were told that the van would be serviced prior to delivery and on delivery we could not have been happier. A huge thumbs up to Darren and the team at Hervey Bay Caravans thanks again for all all the assistance arranging freight for us what more can i say Fantastic Cheers Lionel

I am surprised how it's possible for them to still be in business. Rude and unprofessional is an understatement. My experience with the operator of this business is like nothing I've ever experienced before, so much so that after 8 months of waiting for our custom van we severed our association. It was a new experience for me to be yelled at by someone you're about to give over 80k to. We always try to support local but in this case there is no way that I would. Absolutely amazed at his lack of people skills, arrogance and rudeness. No courtesy was shown to us at all and we were berated for asking anything about our van. Juvenile and thoughtless behaviour from a business operator who obviously doesn't know how to provide quality service....apalling.

The wife and I brought a secondhand van from Hervey Bay Caravans. Ricky has been great to deal with along with the rest of team. Had a few minor problems that have been addresses without any hassle from the team. Highly recommended if your after a new or preloved van. Many thanks.
