Surly and very rude young Asian lass. I didn't realise I had to queue in the EXIT line?? and was abruptly told it was "bleeding obvious" that there was a line - ended up by being told that I had attitude and to f..k off in front of other customers. Lovely! Especially when it's said to a 70 year old woman. Obviously lost me and my family for good. My immediate thought was would she say this to her own mother/grandmother?
