I have been consulting with Colleen Bates, a very talented herbalist for over 7 years. I have found Colleen to be professional, knowledgeable, caring and very helpful with all of my family's health problems discovering the root causes of our problems where traditional medicine couldn't. She has a wealth of health information and continues to teach us what our bodies need on a regular basis. The testing needed is usually minimal and is reasonably priced compared to other holistic practices. I have referred many people to this holistic practice over the years and will continue to do so. I have always known Colleen to be a very warm caring person who has a genuine interest in people's health and well being using an holistic approach as she sorts out health issues then treats with a plan using supplements that are reasonably priced for their professional high grades. This lady is a rare gem. She is the real deal. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for help with their health issues.

I have been going to the Herbal Healing shop, for over 15 years. I first met Colleen when I suffered from Chronic Rhinitus, asthma, and bacterial problems in the stomach. The herbal medication she gave me worked, after taking cheaper varieties over the years and not achieving anything that helped. The prices were not that bad at all. Every year I was having blood analysis done, which I used as a "second opinion" from a doctor's visit. It was here, back in 2015, that the blood analysis showed up, massive fungal problem, within my stomach and was referred to the doctors. I was on 3 months course of treatment which totally got rid of it. My allergies I can now manage and also with my asthma. I have recommended Colleen, Herbal Healing, to many of my friends, who are and still quite happy going there. I do find that people want treatment, but want it for next to nothing, therefore the business suffers if bills are not met. I will continue to recommend and support Herbal Healing to my friends and the local community at all times.
