I could never have imagined a talented Engel Fridge tech would have my fridge fixed, complete with 24hr bench test, in just 26hrs, quite a surprise. Absolutely recommend Ross as he was only to happy to help me over the phone fix my Engel fridge issue and told me if it didn't fix it bring it round and he would be able to sort it before we left for our holiday. Fantastic customer service and told me to have a good holiday. Customer Service at its best.

We thoroughly recommend Ross as we rang him, as our Dometic caravan fridge wasn’t getting power to run anything. He came out promptly and fixed the problem and very reasonably. Made our holiday so much better!

Day 1 of a week away camping and Ross saved our camping fridge/freezer! We called him from the caravan park in Hervey Bay to leave a message Sunday night so we had some hope of getting it looked at on the Monday, presuming our holiday would be held up. He called back (legend!) and then came out at 8.30am, fixed a small problem with the lead and we were off and running to do the next leg of our trip. And we learned a few things about our Evacool! We bought a good unit, it was just a random plug issue. If you have a problem with your fridge/freezer or air con, definitely call Ross first!

I was referred to Ross on Wednesday afternoon when I found my caravan refrigerator wasn’t working. Even though the appliance is 12 years old and I was horrified at the cost of replacement, Ross seemed confident he could repair it. Amazingly he attended my residence early the next morning, diagnosed the fault and fitted a replacement compressor control module. All working perfectly and I am both impressed and grateful. I could not praise this business more and he will certainly be getting my business in future. Strongly recommended!
