Dr Deo Villareal at Harrington Hub is a very competent young doctor .He was very thorough with his diagnosis and care Dr Jed Leishman is also a good young doctor Not sure how long they'll stay though Most of the reception staff have been polite ...to me anyway

Yes, I found the receptionist rude & uncaring. The inflection in hey voice showed she didn't approve of something about me, I have no idea what, as I was pleasant & courteous to her. I wasn't used to the new payment ways, at I haven't been to a doctor for a long time. But she offered little help unless I asked for it. Yet she called other patients by name, & was nice to them! No wonder there are bad reviews here. I have to go back as I have tests results to pick up, but I certainly wouldn't if I didn't need to.

Find another Practise, one where the Reception staff are not in control. Most uncaring, harsh, Receptionists I have ever come across.

I wish I could give them a ZERO. Totally agree with "Frustrated" who took the 85 old mother. I went to the medical centre and asked if I could see a doctor and I received the same answer "NO, we don't take new patients and it could take 3 weeks". I told the lady that I just wanted to check because I could not feel my left leg, she just look at the other staff, who repeated "you cannot feel your leg" and asked me if I have pain on my chest, if I was driving and if I have someone to take me to the hospital: I said "no chest pain, nobody to take me to the hospital and yes I was driving since I was close". She just said "Well, you might have to drive yourself to the hospital since you might need scan". I just thanked her and left. My question is, what happened with first aid, what about if I don't make it driving to the hospital". I am so disappointed, she didn't even consult with the doctor. Lack of empathy!

If you get sick or injured Harrington is not the place to holiday. I was totally disappointed in the lack of empathy that was given when I tried to find a doctor for my 85 year old mother. “We don’t take new patients “ we are very busy and we have a 3 week wait. When I asked where else I could try, I was told just find another dr or the hospital. I will tell anyone I can not to holiday at Harrington.
