Yesterday we went and buy new HP Computer and TV. Thank you so the Customer Service officers who serve us. They have an excellent customer service and very very helpful. They an excellent knowledge of everything they are selling. That's why I always shop at Harvey Norman. The service abd staff re polite and excellent staff. The staff who transfer our documents from old computer to our new computer is very good IT person, have a full knowledge and excellent service provided to us. For me most important when I do the shopping is the customer service provided, knowledge of the staff, and excellent services. I would like to say thank you for the manager as he has an excellent team members working with them. Again thank you to all Harvey Norman 🙏

I required a person from Bedding to check an issue I had with my electric bed my husband and I recently purchased. A very well mannered young man called Matthew rang and arranged a time and then rang closer to the time as a courtesy. He arrived on time, sorted the issue quickly which was a great relief to us. He was polite and was pleased he could help out. I have a management background and he is an asset to your company . This service ensures we will shop at your store in the future

We called in to the store today to buy a DVD recorder and were sooooo disappointed that our favourite salesman Malcolm had taken a day off, we were stunned, he NEVER has a day off we told his boss.... he's always here to give us the right advice and if the slogan have faith in your product and the customer will have faith in you he's the other way around. We have total faith in him and would not purchase ANYTHING without his sayso (usually) Maverick took over and he was very helpful so we have a plan B if you're off again Malcolm. Boy, we missed you !!!!!
