I ordered a fridge online as the site said it was in stock, then got an email a few days later saying that it was on back order and was 2 weeks away. 2 weeks later after hearing nothing from them I called and was told it would arrive at the end of the month. I waited a month and then called on the given delivery date to be told that it was on a truck on it's way. A week later I called and Harvey Norman Noosaville staff informed me that it was still on 'back order' 2 1/2 months after the initial order. What a nightmare, left fridgeless & worst customer service I've experienced in a while

Brilliant customer service when dealing with issues/mistakes. Mick, who I spoke with on the phone was sincere and apologetic when he heard of the mix up that my fridge wasn’t going to be delivered today. I had ordered food to be delivered from Woolworths tomorrow that had to be refrigerated so if I didn’t get the fridge we would have been screwed and out of food till Tuesday. The boss made sure it was delivered this afternoon and by himself personally. Can’t not thank them all enough!

I have spent a lot of money over 9 years at this store but never again. Was told my washing machine would be delivered and installed but they were so late with no communication and dropped it off with my husband while I was in the toilet. It took us over a hour to install it ourselves. Very disappointed with this service.

Awful experience dealing with this store and the quality of their big ticket furniture and electronic items, we have bought quite a lot from them a $3500 Mac Pro computer stopped working after 1 month was unbelievably hard to get them to fix or replace it, they ended up fixing it but it was like pulling teeth, was also sworn at and told to shut up over the phone by a young male manager. Bought our sofa from them it’s faulty and have tried multiple time for them to fix it because it’s in warranty and is a manufacturing issue and they stopped replying to my emails, their customer service is disgusting how they treat customers who have spent a lot of money with them, really shows they do not care. Had also bought a wooden dining set at the same time worth over $4000 and the wood is splitting after only 8 months on the side of the table we don’t sit at or use, we only use wood wipes made to wipe down these table safety and they also won’t get back to me or help me with this.
