As recent retires and moving to the coast after a lifetime on the farm we needed to upgrade the kitchen in our new home. Not being digital savvy, we were struggling to understand the new appliances data sheets Andrew Stonehouse offered his assistance and we were so lucky he did. Andrew was amazing, he explained in detail and in layman's terms we could understand. We apologised for taking so much of his time but he just told us that's exactly what I'm employed for. We were so happy about our new appliances and the service Andrew gave us and although we spent over $ 4000 we left the store more than happy. If they hand out gold stars than it's a big 5 from us. Ok we purchased a fridge on day of lockdown. Andrew from Morayfield was like superman. Nothing was too much trouble. We organised delivery on the Saturday and the fridge was delivered and then were told the delivery guys could not take our old fridge and said get a refund, after we paid to have them to take away. Because of covid they said and left with our old fridge sitting in our 2 storey house. We rang Andrew, again he was so helpful and said he will get someone to pickup old fridge. They just came and we acting quiet and one was so rude to my husband. My hubby thanked him and he just grunted. He did'nt have the decency to say sorry I damaged your concrete step. Very poor after service and I don't blame the morayfield store but am sad at the off behaviour of these guys.

I bought a TV from the Morayfield store and can't praise the salesman enough for his help in helping me choose the right one. His name was Josh.G. He was patient and answered all my questions. Just loved his service. He is a big asset to Harvey Norman, most salesmen cant be bothered with old people I am 73. The first guy I spoke to was off no help at all and just wanted to get away then Josh stepped in thank god, and because he was so good my sister also bought a TV from him. Thanks Josh a pleasure dealing with you.
