I have always been happy with staff n goods when shopping at Harvey Norman, Kingaroy especially. I recently bought a computer laptop that I was planning to hotspot from my phone from another Harvey Norman store. I had hotspotted before various devices. It wouldn't connect so I took my laptop in to the store only to be told I would have to make an appointment n pay for any help!! I was then told my phone was too old to connect but no where was I told that my laptop was wired for 5g use only and I would need to spend more money to facilitate its use!!!! I am no computer whiz but I understand 5g does not work in the country so why is Harvey Norman selling 5g devices without an explanation!!!! I was told it would confuse the customers!!!! My technician helped me to get it working was patient with his very irate customer and after a few hundred more dollars I ended up with it working!!! But I would never have bought it if I knew it was 5g and I would have to spend even more money.

Hervey Norman Kingaroy I was sold a faulty Lenovo laptop and then took it back for repairs and 2 weeks later Enquired about the outcome for our Lenovo laptop repair during the week Tuesday and had awful customer service in regards to a phone call talking to woman with a not nice treatment of customers got a rude ear bashing when I was merely enquiring about un repaired Lenovo that’s still sitting at Hervey Norman Kingaroy for 2 weeks. Outcome letter dates not met for repairs either. Rude confusing responses behaviour we endured with outlandish remarks. Now she unnaproachable service person woman and will ask manager instead next time for any new news regarding our laptop repair and may buy at Dalby instead in future as nicer service people.

The worst service ever, $200.00 wil not buy you headphones that work after 90 days, DONT BOTHER APPEALING TO THE STAFF, no returns, no refund, no replacement, no repairs, service. BE WARNED
